DP Dataproducts offers delivery locally in Singapore and worldwide, where the shipping charges are calculated directly by our site and added to your order, depending on the product weight / volume and the country of destination.
Shipping Options
We offer two options each, for both local and international delivery.
Local Delivery In Singapore
We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. We aim to pack and prepare your order for self-collection or dispatch your order to the selected service provider, within three working days of receiving payment confirmation.
When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to an address where somebody can receive it during business hours, as the selected service provider only delivers between normal working hours, and may require a signature on receipt and payment of extra taxes, if any. If no one is there to receive the parcel at time of delivery, the parcel will be sent to the nearest post office and be available for pick-up there.
Should our attempt to deliver your paid products at the agreed date and time be unsuccessful due to no fault of DP Dataproducts, we regret that we will not be able to leave the purchase with a neighbour, at a guardhouse or otherwise. At a fee of S$20.00, an alternative date and time can be agreed and rescheduled for a failed delivery attempt. Alternatively, self-collection can be pre-arranged at DP Dataproducts warehouse, 10 Upper Aljunied Link #03-08, Singapore 367904.
We regret to inform that we are unable to accede to Cash-on-Delivery requests. Delivery charges may be subject to change without notice and will be posted on the site at the time of change.
International Delivery

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
If you chose the delivery option of internationally recognised courier, you will be provided a shipping tracking number to track your order shipped by our selected service provider so that you can track the status of your order. You can track your order via our selected service provider’s shipping tracking system. Your shipping confirmation e-mail will contain a shipping tracking number for your use. Please note that it may take up to twenty-four hours from the time a product is shipped to the time information is available for viewing on our selected service provider’s website.
If you chose the delivery option of normal postage by SingPost Air Parcel, as tracking is not available for this, DP Dataproducts will not be held liable for any lost parcels / damaged items mailed out via this chosen mode of postage.

What To Do If Your Order Does Not Arrive
We aim to deliver all of our orders and keep failed deliveries to a minimum. If we do fail to deliver any order to you, please report this to us no later than 45 days from the date on which the order was taken by us via our e-shopping website. We will not accept responsibility for any undelivered orders, which are reported to us later than 45 days after the date on which the order was taken by us.

Shipment Title
Title to products and risk of loss of such products, passes to you upon delivery to the common carrier selected by us to deliver your order. You are obligated to take delivery of any products you ordered, notwithstanding that the quantity delivered may be less than the quantity ordered, provided that any amount charged to you shall be adjusted to reflect such lower quantity. Any such discrepancy in quantity shall not be deemed a material change of the terms of sale nor a breach or repudiation of our agreement to sell products to you.

Use of the site constitutes acceptance of this policy as it is now written and as it may be modified from time to time and appears on the site. You specifically agree to check back on the site from time to time to ensure that you are familiar with this policy as it may exist from time to time, but also agree that you are bound by such policy as the same may exist on these pages, whether or not you have actually viewed them in their then-current forms.
